Answer: I use the XXL or whatever the largest one they make is.
It is a bit restrictive and there is an empty spot near your armpit.

Question: What size waist’s will the Large size accommodate?
Answer: Do not waste your money on this padded shirt. It will not fit or protect you adequately at all. Troy Lee used to mean something. Guess they sold out to China crap.
